About me

I'm a California native that grew up immersed in music, taking lessons in piano, clarinet, and voice. I was also very active in children’s musical theatre productions, and national band and choral performances and competitions. In 2002, I received a California Music Teachers Association Certificate of Merit Senior Award for piano.

I hold a Master of Music degree in Voice Performance from The Boston Conservatory, and a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance from the University of Redlands. I also participated in the continuing education summer opera program at New England Conservatory.

Performed roles include Adalgisa (Norma), Belinda (Dido and Aeneas), and Julia Jellicoe (The Grand Duke).  Some partial roles include Governess and Miss Jessel (The Turn of the Screw), Marguerite (Faust), the title role in Natalia Petrovna, Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro), 1st Lady (Die Zauberflöte), Echo (Ariadne auf Naxos), and Blanche (Dialogue of the Carmelites).

During the decade I lived in Boston, MA, I had the great pleasure of working with a variety of organizations including Lowell House Opera, New England Light Opera, The MetroWest Choral Artists, Longwood Opera, The MIT Gilbert & Sullivan Players, Opera Showcase, and Cambridge Summer Opera. I have also appeared in Viterbo, Italy, with the International Lyric Academy.

Currently, I am a Soprano Section Leader with the Schola Cantorum at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in San Francisco, CA.

When I'm not singing, you can find me working in Event Marketing at Bay Area companies, volunteering at the SF SPCA, and fostering cats and kittens with rescue organization Give Me Shelter. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family exploring Northern California's coast and wine country.
